yesterday and today.
i just stayed home [ in front of the pc ] all day. and now.. i'm experiencing dull aching pain on both of my upperback. MPS. Myofascial Pain Syndrome. How come i know this stuff but still, i could not afford to prevent it? I know all the stretching techniques and stuff but then again...i'm currently suffering from this illness. LAZYNESS. I would love to receive a hard massage on my painful nodules. i need a massage, a HARD one! please!!

my friend beej texted me last friday about his plans of having a get-together despedida party for our friends who are leaving the country before the month ends [imma miss you all.. imma see you all when i get there haha. and we will party all night longg!] and a victory party for our friends who made it last PT Board Exam [the froshie PTRP's] CONGRATULATIONS my friends!! i am very proud of you guys!!!. It would be this coming week. ionno if on friday coz i told him i will not be able to make it on wednesday and thursday coz on wed-my forever love will visit me; thurs-our 27th monthsary. =] and on tuesday... my cousin Carlo and i are hanging out @ MOA. He needs to unwind and i need to go out! hahaha. i just hope my forever love will allow me to go =] oh i miss my nico.
